Enterprise Initiative Partner Wins Army SATECS Contract

The Department of the Army announced that the Arbinger Institute, a KeyStone Enterprise Initiative partner has won an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract award for Self-Awareness Training, Executive Coaching, and Supplies. The total maximum value of the award is $13.6 million.

Arbinger provides training, consulting, coaching, and implementation tools that help individuals, teams and organizations improve performance, embrace organizational change, spark innovation and strengthen relationships by changing mindset.

Through the Enterprise Initiative, Arbinger was able to partner with our subsidiary AOC Key Solutions to guide its entrance into the federal marketplace by providing market segmentation, opportunity assessments, capture planning, and proposal development.

The SATECS award is the second contract win for the Arbinger Institute since beginning a partnership with AOC Key Solutions.
